I have voted NO.
I think it is a ransom for insurer to claim that they will not pay insurance amount of around $30 million if shareholders do not give up on retrieving their $2000 million of stolen money.
Lawyers have already claimed around $15 million of insurance money, so it is likely that lawyers will be major recipient of insurance peanuts.
If a NO vote wins I will change my sentiment to BUY.
