An affidavit was lodged by the plaintiff 1/02/2023 and as shown in the screenshot, a case management hearing was slotted for 02/02/2023.
I suspect it's simply to bring the supposed settlement to its final conclusion. No orders have been published and I'm not sure if the hearing was in fact held.
time will tell.
