I agree with kiwioz, they company has stated that the insurance company will likely cover the settlement cost. I wouldn't be supprised to see a few 100k in expenses however to close out the matter, lawyer fees etc.
Even if CCP had to pay out a 5M amount, they earn that in 3 months. So issue covering that. However to take a hit like that is a material matter and would have to be disclosed to the markets immediately. As that has not happened, I believe that it is highly unlikely that much will be payable. I would however like the company to state that the matter is now complete so that we can put it behind us.
