I have just given out my 3 GAs allowed apparently for the day.

I am definitely voting for all 8 resolutions to remove and replace directors, notably past interim CEO (who had kindly come out of retirement I think to perform the role ) & our Chairman. Thankyou.

These are excellent questions- essential to be addressed, along with not sufficient accountability, & adequate or complete oversight.

For ImpediMed and shareholders - right now & forwards is this exciting year, and also years ahead.

Whilst not wanting at all to demoralise anyone, as kindly as possible , we need the best and most suitable board members aboard for IPD now.
It is a transformative time and we have all waited & understood for so long the potentials and the years of work, and that it would be only a matter of time as private payers at last truly committed to pay the medical reimbursement code for lymphadema assessment.
They are now acknowledging ImpediMed BIS as standard of care and medically necessary for cancer patients as required.
