Not sure why need consultant, pretty simple if PSF is positive share price over 1.2 cents most of retail entitlement will be taken up even short fall. Danger here is sophisticated investors that participate in raise will be looking for quick buck even if they dump issue price of 1.1 cent they still have option to trade. Instead of this PB and Vald just need rely on PSF and drilling result from Yidby gold as promised.
