I believe you should also disclose you are part of a group with what was termed (I believe) a voting block that represents 5% or more of ORD. And have a vested interest that, if you haven't already, can be seen to be biased.
Therefore you would need to be careful I would have thought.
I do not hold DAU or ORD but have heard what McIness and Zhu had to say about the DAU board and the opportunity.
