Just like a "provision" in a statement of accounts will not effect DAU's ability to spend on exploration (see your posts above), there is no way you can say that the issue of incentive shares or options is a cash outlay! That is simply false.
Anyway this is a just a small sideshow of the circus that is DAU vs ORD.
