The Hot-line has a prewritten statement prepared for any enquirer who may ask the question about the likely success of a "YES" vote. A "YES" vote strips the company of its only tangible asset.

The scripted answer is long winded with part of the script stating:
" .....  2:1 of (Metgasco Ltd shareholders) are likely to accept the "YES" vote...."

This statement, potentially, is very misleading and could signify misconduct if inaccurate.
This information imparted to the uniformed shareholder, gives the impression that a significant and material number of shareholders have already indicated they are voting "YES" or have already voted.

If a materially significant proportion of shareholders have not already cast their vote in favour of the "YES" vote then, the company statement is intentionally mischievous.

An independent analysis of the register could verify the company's claims.
Thus IMO a false impression is being presented to uninformed shareholders by the company itself.

Unfortunately for objective shareholders, the management of Metgasco are not releasing any further information about the "NO" vote other than what they have already released.

Individually, all shareholders should report this potentially misleading information to the appropriate authorities.
