I don't think we really know, but see his tweet yesterday.

My understanding is that it was likely a legal technicality or the likelihood of an eventuating conflict of interest that would of forced his hand to resign from the board.

As speculated his tweet was likely alluding to our probable intentions to bed with a European producer for our future off takes or partnerships in the secondary / tertiary

Its all just forecasting -- nothing is set in stone.
