Sounds like you need to have a look at what’s going on with GCY currently.
I think the WGX offer was just a way to lure RMS out into the open and then out of play for GCY. I think WGX will make a play for GCY fairly shortly, and with RMS busy with their new toy, (MGV) they won’t be in a position to make another acquisition so soon.
Interesting times ahead for the region.
