Is there a reason pro-board commenters feel the need to ridicule those supporting the other side? Everyone is a 'real' investor here and those seeking change are not 'oblivious to the facts', the facts are simple: the current board has not delivered capital appreciation for investors.
If it were true that the sp 'tanked' because of a Jansen sell off, it takes nothing for management to bring confidence back to the market; I mean why would they though, RC and GH are gaining more shares for a lower price. Management does nothing to bring any excitement to the market, if it did the demand to buy would have negated any potential sell down.
