at the end of the day, If they didn't dump 15 million shares than claim to be going to rejuvenate the SP I would consider voting for them,

but it all just looks like a bodged attempt to tank the SP to make the current board look bad to make them look good

how can the current board bring back confidence in the market other than financial performance, in which case it 75% additional revenue and more than 100% additional profit not enough for one year's effort?
