obviously it's easy to intuitively think dilution is bad, but what are the alternatives?
debt or nothing.
so by arguing against dilution are people advocating for more debt or no growth?
take CAN for example, much less dilution and now in a debt spiral for being 60million in debt
or VIT could invest in nothing and go nowhere? which do people prefer over dilution?
look at the DOD acquisition, an equal mix of dilution, debt and cash. it shows careful management by the board.
to simply argue for no dilution is not a good corporate financial management strategy
