    Another substantial dividend vs 3 year incentive bonuses ($x mil vs $800k after 3 yrs for 2 exec directors). I think the institutional investors understand that you have to invest in incentivising the executive roles for long term growth and stability. An important investment to retain and attract talent. The last dividend was $9m?

    Imagine a company that only gives incentive bonuses to staff that don’t hold shares.
