No worries, was just checking I hadn't missed something when looking at their policies and original prospectus. Using the VWAP is good for LSF holders, given the discount.
Yes, if you don't participate, you are diluted - but instead you have cash which you can generate a return elsewhere if you want. So it's not all doom and gloom.
