They were given a 6 month exemption to comply however they obviously tried to comply in 6 weeks which would mean a fully compliant app upon launch on the 15th. It's a damned if you do, damned if you don't scenario. Release a half-baked app on the 15th to appease shareholders or postpone release until it's totally ridgy didge. It's not that hard to understand really. The million dollar question of course is will the app be the same with all the compliance add-ons? Darn regualtors.
