This is key I think. If they are having problems coding purely because of the Australian Government requirements, they should facilitate the release for other countries while working on an appropriate version for here. At the end of the day the potential of several million users from Australia (at best) is not even a drop in the ocean compared to revenue that could be obtained from overseas markets.
