I honestly can't emphasise how strategically significant and intelligent the move highlighted in section 4 from management was.
Holding back NdPr sales and reserving it for strategic partners was an absolute stroke of genius. It also coincided perfectly with the China/U.S trade war. I'd be surprised if they weren't conscious of that possible outcome and did it while cognisant of both political and economic landscapes.
I can't overstate how well management have handled everything for the last 6 months.
