That is how it should operate, MCB could make suggestions as a shareholder to the board and they present it to the majority of individual shareholders to decide.which direction should head!
I thought this is a public company not a private company were your invested amount gives u more voting say!
It is time to alter the corporation act to redress the direction a public company's are heading, more like private entity dictated by the T20
