vast majority of the resolutions are merely ratifying the previous issues, however lifting the cap to 25% is a huge smack in the face to existing shareholders especially as I highly doubt management will offer to existing shareholders and will just put a massive handbrake on SP yet again issuing them to CPS or the like.
