Assuming the audit goes reasonably well, that $23 price is likely to be a nice discount to the trading price when they decide to go through with the SPP. At the current entitlement of $15,000 I assume it'd be oversubscribed in a heartbeat. Will be interesting to see how they structure the offering (i.e. changing size of entitlement and overall size of the SPP).
