You hit the nail on the head! This has been a set up from way back, it was quite obvious what was going on when our directors kept going over to see Besix and strangely when the company was improving the share price was going down. The plan for this was well hatched last year if not before. We all know it is easy to keep the share price down these days to make an internal 'take over' at the price you want. This has been done when the loyal shareholders have held tight through all the vicissitudes of the last few years including supporting the company through the last, very expensive, CR. Our present directors have a very large and considerably uncomfortable weight on their shoulders, I hope they can sleep at night. If I were in their position I would not have the gaul to consider such and offer let alone recommend it. I would remind the directors of their fiduciary duties under the corporations law and to act in the best interest of the minority shareholders.

although I don't think reminding the board, and in particular the independents, will help.... they're all up to their necks in it.
