Don't know if a NO vote can get across the line. Have to admit I've been lazy and don't know the director's holdings amount. I would assume Besix won't be able to vote their shares.

92c for 50% will get me even then it looks like I'll be in the same boat for the foreseeable future on the other 50% given this development.
