Yeah I think you are right no1001, it reads like you say, also what I think is interesting and possibly in Shanes' favour, is the fact that Shane received an email acknowledging that the Board would resign and had agreed to Shanes' proposals to free up the funds and then didn't. Like you I don't know legals or how these panels work, for me the evidence is clear in the history of lies and manipulation by the board.
