This has been this company’s modulus operandi for several years. The big difference now is that they have lost the support of the Pom Pom squad who conveniently blamed the lack of disclosure and information to shareholders on such things as JV protocols, PE litigation rules with ICC, commercially sensitive negotiations with Erin or about DJ etc etc etc...too many examples of smoke and mirrors, lack of disclosure and now an absence of support from the guys who just like the sunny side up stories when they did not have access to the proper facts.....PE is a certainty....shame it didn’t get past Page1 with having no rights in the first place
