"The Company is negotiating an extension to the previously agreed 60 day due diligence period with its joint venture partners."

DD period is fast approaching (by late March) and no announcement on extension yet. I think we will need the extension for drill results and to sort out this legal stousch (lawyers no doubt will drag this on to line their pockets). I would suspect the SH vote would have to be delayed until DD is done.
