Yes, I agree...It is great news that AVZ are taking MMCS head on to clear this up quickly. I have now confirmed that AVZ's Application against MMCS was lodged along with the required Order 59 Rule 9 Conferral Affidavit. It is a very positive step and an excellent example of a company being proactive and getting on with the job.

The way that AVZ has handled itself during this diligence period and continued in a straight line despite with the various distractions thrown into its path gives me supreme confidence in management moving forward.
