Announcement refers to time for discussion with Milestone shareholders on the CPs and deal terms. Hopefully they are not not getting the wobbles or trying to retrace the deal terms? Deal does need Milestone shareholder approval as well...
VIC is very pregnant with this deal - having lent most of its remaining funds to Milestone - this deal needs to be delivered.
