We are either going to dig up some gold or we are not, if we are not just say so and move on. If we are get on with it!

At the very least do the consolidation so the people who want out can get out even if it is at a massive loss.

Just make something happen for christ sake, you are literally getting paid hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to run this company if you cant then let someone else do it.

The mere suggestion of incentives for the people running this company is nauseating!
