I see the company is anticipating to produce 10,000 ounces of gold in the first year of full production at a cost of $400.00 a ounce.
Where it may only cost $400.00 a ounce to produce on just the mining side of things, there is also other costs such as exploration administration housing road construction spare parts and other associated costs.
I would expect monthly total costs to be about 1 million dollars to run the mining side of things and company itself.
At this stage I can not see the company making any money other than making enough for some extra exploration.
The market cap seems a bit high to me at this stage until the company achieves production targets and its low ball cost to produce target.
