hmmmm - yes, timing wise - but, it complicates the listing.
If he needs money for a license or similar - it isn't going to be much - ??????? a few mil - maybe 5 - it would look like a very silly raise at listing IMO -------------- all IMO -
and, if he wanted to raise for a license - he wouldn't be putting out interviews and anns. like this --------- because the license would be enough - just ann. it with a raise.
none of it is logical to me. -------------- perhaps the raise with listing is logical - but, the numbers don't work -
they have said 6 quadtrillion times (that's more than a few) - that they don't want to dilute when they don't have to.
so - he is a long way down the track now from when the talk was about raising to cover the cost of listing - we have more cash and we now 'should' have receipts being paid and revenue flowing - so, it should not be a real necessity to raise to cover costs - costs aren't that much.
I don't know - none of it says to me that we are desperate for cash - unless that Brookins bloke is demanding a gold fishing rod for his time off and gold handles on the office chair.
the listing does complicate matters --------------- but, only if you raise - if you don't - then it's simple pimple as far as I know.
