I don't think the Nike Polo necessarily means much, but I would love to be wrong. What's commonly done for small batches like a team or company logo is a client uses a custom embroidery company to add their logo to the garment. Often the embroidery companies supply from a selection of garments or the client supplies the garment and the art-work. Look at VistaPrint for a well known example.

Now, in a professional setting, one would expect that a company would want to avoid collateral associations assumed from other artwork on their garments so they would avoid situations like this.. but you never know.. If AJX can overlook spelling, or ambiguous terminology in news letters they can certainly overlook the potential for share holders to draw conclusions from brands on their "team" uniforms.
