Hi Plough, If you read through the affidavit that was presented at the deposition of Nick he states that this was setup by Mr Susta on the belief that this was a requirement to be able to deal with the DOD . However Nick states that they then realized that this was not required and the company was subsequently shutdown. Hope this helps.
