    re: Ann: Shareholder Newsletter - March Quart... I am wondering if the capital raising was some kind of "poison pen" from WCL in defence of the takeover. LNG now have a smaller market cap than WCL, so it would be like a reverse takeover. Also, LNG only have $11m cash. Where are they getting the money from to buy out WCL?
