Agree that this Newsletteer looks positive. Not just because of the positive indications from the permitting process but also it also seems to indicate that the Scoping study remains on track to be completed first week of December. While neither the permitting process or scoping study are complete, the newsletter is should provide some confidence to investors in this spec. Given the low volumes that trade, some folk may not want to miss the boat by waiting for news in December.
