What happened to Griffin Securities who were appointed in April to formalise strategic process around the several approaches from pharmas etc?
Where was a cash position update?
What about a grant update given various applied for and this income may end up beating pharma deal income?
Given notes deal is imminent and highly material/dilutive, what about an update on this? NW mentioned that negotiations were underway to avoid this deal becoming 'toxic'.
I may have missed some news as I follow PYC less and less these days given the abysmal performance (in a biotech bull market!) so please forgive me BUT there is something wrong here! Why do companies start with PYC and not continue? Is it our science and/or management? If PYC is so attractive, with a MC <10m we would be a steal, no?!
