I just can't see how any kind of base forms with an impending 40% discount and the amount of stock to be issued ? Whatever the price is you know it's about to be undercut with significant weight in the registry taking stock 40% lower.
As long as that notes still impending I really can't see why any legitmate buying or entry would start here ? Is it just trying to dress it on the back of the update ? Even assuming a deal the size of Janssen gets reached in the next 2 months the discount still stands at about 30% from memory ?
Really just needs that note done and dusted - or some miraculous outcome that makes it insignificant but even then it is a BIG BIG outcome required that makes all those to date look like snowflakes.
