I must say it is quite complex stuff! By the sounds of it, if the whole process can be fine tuned and used to direct drugs to certain places it will make treating cancer much easier, the side effects will disappear due to lower total doses and with good intracellular uptake by cancer cells it might just mean cancer can be beaten.
I cannot see why more noise is not being made here by companies wanting a piece of the action.
