They just need a couple of big juicy deals - if they hit any one of a number of those fronts especially delivery of smart drugs & oncology targets even 10x looks a ridiculous price just pipping the $100M mark and that's not even taking into account Genentech's antimicrobial space (nice the company reminding market it's the 2nd largest ASX deal in 2014). The other big plus of tipping the $100M market cap those 2015 options come into play that potentially on full exercise brings almost $15M into the bank. Now how about thosedeal(S) plural by EOFY ? - that would be a kick starter.
