They did pass, because they got the subcontract. I emailed NC for clarification and this is what i got back and he is dead on correct. We are our worst own enamies.

All we are saying, is that we will continue to always refine the chemistry to make it better. Do you take me for a fool, where I would announce a DoD win and then say "we still have things to do to get it there", how ridiculous. Did everybody miss everything else in the newsletter and just focus on a point they may want to turn into a negative.  What I might do in the future, is get all these shakespheres to draft all the press releases and newsletters so when they read their own shit, they wont get confused".
