Well....maybe we could...do a better job. Not to slight NC here, who can doubt the job he does but....some people are practiced writers and some are not. Among those on this thread is probably someone who does report writing or some form of journalism etc. Writing is a bit of an art form and it looks as though this form is needed in these monthly newsletters. This is not a criticism of the newsletter however, just saying....they could use a credentialed writer to avoid the tiny bit of confusion one can feel on reading that sentence in question.
