I posted something about glasses being half full recently... So where do I start with this thread?

Glass half full approach - how good is it that we get a monthly newsletter!! Yes, there was ambiguity in some of it, but it was rectified in under a few hours. Again, how good is it that management listens to its shareholders!!!

My personal thought is that the newsletter should be bi-monthly so more time can be spent on preparing it. Other companies would baulk at producing a newsletter...so I'm thankful that I get one at all.

You can choose to focus on the typos and the recruitment choices that are in place or you can focus on the excellent progress so far with this company.

Go check out the sentiment with WOW at the moment and how their CEO is performing, then come back here and consider how lucky we are with our management group.
