I think this newsletter is certainly not over the top, it is more or less telling us exactly the state of play within the company and covering up some gaps in reporting new customer/revenue acquisition etc.
To be honest, although it could be viewed as trying to stop the bleeding of the share price, I think management also felt they needed to put something like this out before the AGM, as it was shaping up and still might be a pretty hostile meeting . Prior reinforcement of ‘Everything going well except share price’ might just put shareholders in a better frame of mind when it comes to voting and ‘hostility from the floor’.
Booked my flight yesterday to attend an AGM for the first time, look forward to meeting some of you hot copperites all there.
