IMO this won't come good until FY20 and even for that we'd be lucky. Until alternative products to mattresses fully kick in 1H is going to be a loss each year which the 2H surpluses won't cover enough to make up an annual profit.
It is now clear that these hoped for alternative products aren't going to be happening in FY18, so the best I am hoping for is their establishment and ramp up over FY19 for a maiden profit in FY20.
It certainly is going to be a waiting game from here.
