What I don't understand and some others have mentioned is as to why the likes of ASIC haven't taken a better look at the communication style of AJX ?
They have moved their position recently about Ann's referencing trials with no sales attached. It seems that now you cannot ann a potential amount of a contract of any sort if it does not have a definitive amount of sales attached to it Or when the first actual sale is made.
Happy with the reporting style, not happy with the SP results however......but the market does what the market does...
