For the life of me I cannot remember the coy that triggered the change not so long ago .... But one of my shares ran foul of it SYT, with ASIC querying the relationship between the coy and the reseller when teh coy mentioned a potential figure
Pretty sure you have to be very careful claiming sales right now unless you have a supporting contract. Better to over deliver and under promise.
