no chance of a major self beat up here -- although I do have sympathy for many who were hurt - but, everyone makes their own decisions - end of story - and, they should do their own research ,and, I think it's great to share information - particularly if it's referenced.

The only problem I have atm is valuing the business - I find it very difficult to put a value on the hen house when I think that may well be a fox inside

only when the house is clear can I count the hens and see how many eggs they can lay.

only then, the valuation will have some sort of accuracy - until then, it's impossible from where I sit.
