2) FDA put a partial hold on our MS trial and reduced our drug intake

Tell me how long did we sit on the authorisation from the FDA to submit an IND study what was it 7 years and now here we are paying the penalty for that delay ie having just initited the tox study a major road block in our drug advancement, had he even addressed the FDA earlier the tox would issue should and would have been adressed years ago
