it's a shame this company is so brutally divided it just promotes nothing but negative discussions either way. it seems to me like both parties would want to get the share price up coming into the AGM

There has been a huge downtrend since the last AGM so it would look good for the challengers if the stock price moved up to reflect a positive sentiment from the shareholders. so I don't think selling bulk shares would be their strategy.

Alternatively if the market is truely concerned by lack of growth in H2 last year, it would be in the best interest for the current board to release information around their current actual growth prior to the AGM if in fact they are delivering on their growth strategy.

or are they not concerned with the SP?
