I received a copy of the top holders a few weeks ago (dated 12/9/23).

It shows Ben Jansen’s related holder Sarah having 118,957,765 shares.The previous holding, as at 28 June 2023, only 2.5 months earlier, was 123,957,509 shares.

That’s 4,999,744 shares sold in the space of 2.5 months. That's in addition to her previous disclosure to the ASX. I assume that she has stopped selling, otherwise she would have shortly passed the threshold for notification. That notice would be interesting, to see when and at what price she sold at, and what volume.

It makes me question the statements that Ben has made about rejuvenating the share price delivering value to the shareholders. She doesn’t need to be taking the line share of the recent volume to be causing downward pressure on the share price.
